Overview

This AI-powered job application workflow transforms a candidate's existing resume into a tailored application package for a specific job. The candidate submits their name, email, resume PDF, target job description, and an optional profile photo. The workflow extracts and parses the resume, identifies the candidate's real experience, education, skills, certifications, projects, and other relevant information, then analyzes it against the target job description. AI calculates a match score, identifies matched and missing skills, extracts important ATS keywords, and provides recommendations. It then generates a job-specific ATS-optimized resume and personalized cover letter using only the candidate's actual background. Both documents are converted into professional PDFs and emailed back to the candidate along with the match analysis, strengths, skill gaps, keywords, and recommendations.
