Overview
This AI-powered lead generation workflow is driven entirely by a predefined Google Sheet. Whenever a new topic, business category, or lead-generation requirement is added as a new row, the workflow automatically detects the new entry and uses it as the search criteria. It then searches for relevant businesses using Google Maps, filters businesses based on website availability, extracts their domains, finds and validates email addresses, and scrapes additional information from their websites. An AI model processes and structures the collected information to create enriched, sales-ready lead data. Once the lead generation process is complete, all qualified leads are automatically appended back into the Google Sheet, creating a continuously updated lead database without manual research.
The problem
Finding targeted leads manually requires repeatedly searching for businesses, checking websites, finding contact information, validating emails, researching companies, and entering the results into a spreadsheet. This process is time-consuming and difficult to scale.
The solution
Built a Google Sheet-driven n8n automation that monitors a predefined lead-generation sheet. When a new topic or search requirement is added, the workflow automatically uses that row as the input, finds relevant businesses, enriches and validates their information, and writes the generated leads back into the same Google Sheet.
