Multi-Platform Social Media Automation

Overview

This custom n8n automation transforms a single content topic into ready-to-publish social media content for multiple platforms. AI generates customized captions, relevant hashtags, and a visual for the campaign. The content is sent by email for approval before publishing. If the user approves, the workflow automatically publishes the content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and sends a completion confirmation email. If the content is rejected, the workflow automatically regenerates a new version and sends it back for approval, creating an intelligent approval and regeneration loop.

The problem

Managing social media across multiple platforms requires repeatedly creating different captions, hashtags, images, reviewing content, publishing manually, and tracking approvals. This makes the process slow and repetitive.

Built an n8n-powered social media automation system that takes a single topic, generates platform-specific content and visuals using AI, sends the result for email approval, automatically regenerates rejected content, and publishes approved content across multiple social platforms.
